Alexandre Chéronnet – Business Lawyer (France)
Finding a good lawyer to support your startup journey is one of the keys to succeeding. A lot of tech companies drop the ball on their legal agreements and don’t understand the impact that this has until they start to raise a Series A or other round of investment that requires proper due diligence. A good lawyer will help you get on top of this early and save you some pain in the future.
Alexandre Chéronnet – Business Lawyer (France)
French business lawyer and entrepreneur. My mission: to help tech and remote startups or agencies to tackle their legal challenges. With 8 years of experience in the legal, operations and administrative structuring of startups, Alexandre is an ex-founder with a strong knowledge of what it takes to build and found a business.
Before launching my own law firm (Altata Avocat), I co-founded Predictice, a SaaS startup that organizes all legal information for legal professionals and spent 7 years as Managing Director in charge of legal matters, human resources (+40 people) and raised financing (>5M€ raised in equity and debt).
Alexandre graduated of Sciences Po Paris (Economic Law) and is qualified as a French lawyer.
Experienced business lawyer, member of the Paris Bar, I assist tech and remote companies in their legal challenges.
